National Day
« on: July 04, 2010, 04:50:27 AM »
To all my friends in the US, have a great Independence Day.

Everybody only a final clean up (and for the other, hurry up) to be ready for a safe and successful Bonneville season 2010.

I will be there for Speedweek, World of Speed/Shootout and World Final......after the season I will declare myself bankrupt  :-D may be I better do it now  but who cares.....life can be so great with a bunch of so wonderful friends as you folks at the salt.

In honor of the nation's national day, as Pork Pie so aptly put it, Nancy and I spent a few hours canoeing on Deer lake -- about 20 miles east of us, then went to the Marquette Lower Harbor park where we enjoyed an hour or so of people milling about at the International Food Festival.  And now we're at home, to do those other traditional things for Independence  Day -- lawn mowing, fixing little things on the truck, and maybe even taking a nap.

Have a happy and SAFE 4th of July, one and all.
