On your tires, they must be rated for speed of the record in your class, not how fast you want to run.  There was a huge fight about SCTA changing the tire rules to require "racing tires", but I am not certain if it was adopted by ECTA.

We have not established minimum speeds for records in open classes at Loring, and as most of our records are open, our recommendation is Safety,as usual.
At any venue it is prudent to fit the proper tire based mostly on speed potential, and the surface , as in traction/wear characteristics.
As the ECTA/LTA rulebook does read exactly as "Blackslax" says, we expect a few racers to quote that rule.
We'll also  see some participants finding a convenient loophole in translating open record, or very low record to mean tires entirely inappropriate for the speeds attained.
We will adhere to the rules as stated,  but please, err in favor of Safety in choosing your tires.
Simply, after you set a "easy" record, the "letter/speed" records will apply to faster runs.  Save Tech and yourself another inspection by having the proper tires, First.
Bottom line, it's a long ride , and being a 135 car or not running at all because you scrimped on a minor investment, is going to ruin your weekend.
Yeah, I know some of you are confused, but reread it before you flame this thread.

Blackslax, you actually did not "misspeak", you just omitted a bit. Page 19 in the SCTA and page 15 in the ECTA/LTA book have practically the same info I just stated, only the sentences syntax is rearranged.
SCTA/BNI, USFRA, ECTA, and The LTA are on the same page,Safety wise.
The LTA hopes  someday to be deserving of commonly being mentioned in the same sentence with these reputable responsible organizations, and to that end we will try our best to be worthy of that honor. Emulating Safety practices evolved since the middle of the last century in LSR , sometimes at the most extreme human cost, is the only obvious path. Ignoring reality to save a buck, or in the case of more business minded venues, to make a buck, is not an option.

I put a safety wire on rear and front axle on both side. I wired the lock axle bolt on the forks too.

If i understand right the oil fill cap, screw drain and oil filter not need safety wire ?

Friday Vehicle inspection starts as soon as all our volunteers are ready.
Don't count on that until the afternoon.  We'll have a PA system in place this year, and will announce the formal start of inspections.

I'm ask a question ? I read the rule on the valves and caps :

7.B.9 Valve Stems and Caps:
All tire valve stems must be fitted with metal valve caps. Over 175 MPH, tubeless tires must use metal valve stems...

I have aluminium caps valves with stock valve. It's good for 200 MPH goal  :?

Nope You will need to get metal stems for anything over 175 mph.
Thank you to all the volunteers
