After looking at the Ida car, I don't think you or I would fit in it, let alone a big Hemi V8. LOL.  I guess that is why we have Roadsters. LOL.

  I think the dragster style lakester has limited application but the tried and true belly tanker is going to have a revival when the one Chaz is doing hits the salt!!!!

  Beautiful car and I see some sort of suspension which will help with traction but it would never hook up with the engine out of the 44 lakester [unless they added a wing] :-P

It appears that it is the rear that I sold Bob, a Winters Extremeliner 3:08 R&P that was REM'ed. It has a 35 spline steel spool.
The body sure is lookin' good, you guys should see better speeds out of the car with it.
