Try Ballistic Fabrication, Tucson, Az......They did custom kidney bean centers for my build.  I faxed them a sketch with dimensions and within an hour they emailed me a Cad drawing for my approval.  Two centers less than $100 plus shipping had them in three days....btw their specialty,  truck wheels.  Found them on the internet......Great people to deal with.
I used Early wheels. Rally type.  Were great on the phone, used to the Bonneville welded 360 thing, shipped them about 2 days after I talked to them. 15x4.5 and others available. Pricing reasonable.  They are currently headed for the back of the BB Bonneville Bugeye where the  custom centers Hotschue posted above are on the front.  :-)

Junior Cook is roadster589 on this Forum, and his email address is part of his avatar thingie.  I think it's safe to say that he'll forward the message to his dad for you.  I don't think I've got Mike Sr.'s addy handy.
