i would like input on flywheel weights for a smallblock v8 of any make. does a heavy flywheel take any strain from the bottom end and if so what would be some figures

what is a good flywheel weight for a smallblock ford,windsor. Is a heavy one easyer on the bottom end . could anyone share some figures for all makes of small or bigblocks for discussion
