Texas Mile - Texas-sized Tiger Racing hospitality
« on: March 31, 2010, 06:10:19 AM »
A HUGE thanks to Guy Caputo (ka-pew-toe), Chef T, and Carol for hosting "all you can eat" get togethers on two nights.
First they made 10 gallons of seafood bisque that was so full of shrimp & crab & stuff it was almost a stew;  to die for, yup.

Then next night they made a BIG witch's caldron full of the tastiest chili ever and fired up a nitrous injected gas engine power Margarita mixer.  GREAT FOOD, GREAT FOLKS!!!

Guy, you ARE the man!

Our hosts:  Chef T and Guy Caputo

Guy, they're saying nice things about you.  We'll be expecting no less at Maxton next weekend!

Seriously, folks -- Guy is an ardent supporter of this website and Forum, helping keep the bills paid by running an ad on the Forum.  PLEASE consider visiting his website and shopping his products.  Let him know -- in the most obvious way (purchases!) that you appreciate his efforts.  Thanks.
