I saw the posts Scott and I didn't see any issues.

Scott can delete the posts if he want's too. The LSR gods (Scott) can do anything as far as I'm concerned.

When I first started looking as records it was hard to miss all of Scott's records. Post more we need the input.

Politically Correct? Face it, we post stuff here that is going to offend someone. When a newbie comes along that doesn't have the knowledge of years it's an easy target.

Scott is correct when he says you should pick a target and then build to that target. Most budgets get in the way of that.

So you have a 1962 Waxahachie 650 and want to set a record? There isn't a week that goes by without something like that.

If you look at the qualifying runs at Bonneville you see lots of entries with run after run that is ton's under the record. They may not be competitive, but I'll bet they are having the time of their life.

A timing slip from Bonneville? Priceless.

Well, it used to be Los Angeles . . . 50 miles north of Fresno now.
Just remember . . . It isn't life or death.
It's bigger than life or death! It's RACING.

And good fun and people to have it with. Make memories. All those are beyond putting any price on. I am doing the Run for the Wall in may but I will be trying to come to some meets to check things out after that.
Thanks for all the input. I think I feel the hook being set and a slight tug on the line.
