If I read Kent's CH measuring device correctly a CH is 0.285"   2" divided by 7CH = 0.285714"

That explains the difficulty in removing them from between your teeth.

DW, does J dye her hair?

Does this relate to displacement?

FerD
Freud, I think you're a decimal off...2" is 70CH, so 1CH=.0285"...still kinda tough on the teeth.  I hate having to go to the dentist for a haircut.

No. The standard thing is 2 x ('3 into one'.)

After spending SO much time rebuilding this thing, from stripping it down,
all the way from painting the frame and working my way up,
rebuilding all 6 carbs , fixing the engine etcetcetcetcetc

...I felt the bike deserved a proper sound system
.-)

They're hand built in stainless steel by Pipe Master in Australia.

The sound is awesome.
Here's a little sound/video byte.
Of cause the crappy sound recorded by my small compact camera does it NO justice at ALL,
but in real life it sounds like a VERY angry Porsche on nitro

Turn UP sound on your PC and click the image:

SORRY ABOUT THE THREAD HIJACK.

Beautiful bike.

And IMHO, the ZX14's should be able to run in 1350 Production. The 2 ccs would fit within the overbore limit.

Nancy -- 201.913 mph record on a production ZX15!

No, Dean -- don't do that to us.  Nancy's record is 201.913.  Fred's in the 1350 class, is about 10 mph faster.  Let us fight our own wars, hey?

Of course -- there's always 2010.  Fred, just you wait -- especially now that your bike isn't produc tion any more.

Lars,  Stunning bike. stunning sound!  Sabat,  NO overbore allowance in production.  How long does it take to work that out?

Jon, its not too hard to put it back to production trim. grin That said, I am really pulling hard for Nancy to get that elusive 205+ record, maybe 210. Since you cant do anything with your aero, which I think the '14 is not as good as the Busa, you "just" need some more HP. rolleyes

On 9-27-08 we lost a great friend and fellow racer, he was the BEST, he helped anyone with anything at anytime.  His name is Dave Owen and he will be missed by all that knew him and I am glad to have met him.

Seeing him at Bonneville during 2008 Speedweek was the tops, Dave was in awe of the salt and as usual was there helping out anyone who asked..simply put we lost a great man who will be missed by all.
