IRL Delta Wing

The OWR online crowd is abuzz over the Delta Wing concept, many posted it looks like it belonged on the Salt. It probably could be a good design for a Salt car if one deleted the rollbar hump behind the driver and ran LSR tires/rims/covers. Your thoughts?

Interesting design.  This looks like another nail in the coffin of open wheel racing in the US.  As a LSR car the delta shape may have a tough time against the current and new stream liners, unless someone scales the back half down more like AL Teague’s liner.  Tony
