Just thought some of you might be interested that Mike Cook has been working hard to complete the reconstruction of the Howard Cams Special for the 2010 NHRA Winter Nationals. If you would like to see more photos of the reconstruction go to the stonewoodscook.com site and click on News and Updates.

In 1961 +- I was working as the starter at Riverside Raceway in California. One of the blower chains came off on the stating line and raped around my face when Jack hit the throttle. Left a red mark. Happy to say I am still here. The Wonderful One
