Milt Cook a long time racer at the drags and LSR passed away on Jan.27th. He is the father of
Mike(Jelly Bean) Cook that runs at El Mirage and Bonneville. Milt is a member of the SCTA Rod Riders club. I drove a couple of his Chrysler powered dragsters in the 60s. A friend to all racers. All around good guy.
RIP Milt.

We loose another GREAT person in our LSR community. Our thoughts and prayers go out to their family and friends. Godspeed.

My condolences to the family. More unwritten history lost to us. Safe journey Milt.

Milt was cool. Around 1965 he was having a battle over some property he owned in Carson, Ca. So he named his new dragster " The City of Carson Sucks ". Everyone called him Junior.
RIP Junior

How old would you be now if you didn't know how old you are?
If you can't race it or take it to bed - it ain't worth having.

GEE,
spent a lot of time over at the shop during the late 79 thru 87 seasons...setting a number of records with them.
