Not a plate, more of a bumper sticker. When Jack Franck from the SSC team visited Andy Green while he was doing a tour of duty in Australia, he said that Andy had a sticker on the side of his Tornado cockpit that read "My Other Vehicle Is Supersonic Too". Who says mathematicians have no sense of humour.
Cheers
Robin

A long time ago in the Detroit area I got the nickname Speedy and ended up with "SPEEDIE" lic plate on my diesel Ford push/tow vehicle. Of course it is surrounded by a 2 Club frame.
(I need to add, but not the speediest.)

Best? Don't think so, but Geisler's: "cute little pink pickup" as the waitress called it. Only time I've seen him without a return quip. Mike

few years ago was following a car on 95 north with a wierd plate. . . couldn't figure it out. It was TI 3VOM. Apparently we got by them while paying toll in Delaware and they soon came up behind us. In the mirror it said MOVE IT.

I used to get a lot of grief from Pontiac purists thinking I "ruined" a 70 Trans Am. Since it was a clone I got this plate and simply pointed. I've since moved to a new state and haven't decided on whether to get a vanity plate or just keep the issued plate.  Am I the only one that thought NO TATA until they read the explanation? I think the boys are corrupting me!  Debbie {I still need to pick out & buy plates for the Z3!  }

I have had two plates that I enjoyed.
DEC7TH and SEP11TH
When I ran down the long finish area chute and crossed the finish line at the Honolulu Marathon on Dec 7th,
I held the plate above my head. The applause was beyond deafening and it was used in the video.

I carry "NETDZ9R" since I'm in the Telecom Business. I stole it from a Corvette I saw at McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach that had "JETDZ9R" on it.
