Do you have to run spec tires? Can we make our own studded tires? How about the stopping end, what is the final barrier? Snow? Catch line? Will anyone be in the 388-400k range?
Just thinking ahead before I talk with Sponsors.

Hi Randy,
You can run any tires you wish, even straight ally or steel rims without tyres i guess would avoid blow outs if youre thinking about very high speeds.
1.1 km start, 1 km timed, then 1.1 km braking stretch. the finish is just a wall of snow- no catch line.
Dont think anyone from Sweden (apart from the Hayabusa) will make it 300 kmh, the studs slow speed down by about 20 %.
If you plan runs over 250kmh you need a roll cage, 4 point seat belts, and a protective ring around the drive shaft.
up to now we`ve only ran single direction, so if youre wanting a proper world record, check first with us to ensure a return run is possible - as that will be back towards the depot.
Good luck, Ellwood
