just checked the weather service and it looks like Elmo got an inch of rain in the last 6 hours. :cheers:

  Just getting this web page on this page so anyone can check current weather info .15 so far today.

  Mkilger... this site shows EL Mirage got .18'' of rain last night between 2 and 4 am  :-D

Anybody know how much rain the lake got last year? Besides not enough...  Just curious...

Looks like the lake got a little rain, just over .10 and about 5 inches for the year so far. :cheers:

We has some sprinkles over night here in Palm Springs.

There is snow dusting on the low mountains in the area.  51F at 8:00AM PDT.

Here's an email I got from Callaway this morning:

Greetings,  We did get some rain (not much),  I am seeing standing water along the south shoreline. As soon as the BLM Vistor Center is Open, I 'll call down & recommend that the lake be closed. We are still having strong COLD winds out of the west. They are having "The El Mirage Clean-Up" May 1st. George

any one that can ought to make it to elmo for the clean up day.... since we are the major user of the lake bed we should be the major players in keeping it clean...

OK rain guage on SCTA property is 1inch at present time230 pm monday 12 20
