There is snow in Houston this morning, their earliest snowfall ever.

I heard that if it gets near a DeLorean, the car disappears ...

A well equipped family has a kid that fits on the end of that handle Glen. Unfortunately I don't.

We're in SLC this morning -- headed to Wendover for the USFRA banquet tonight.  When we left home yesterday there was about 3" of snow on the ground -- total -- from the past few nights.  We're WAY behind normal in snowfall.  I did finish getting the 44" snowthrower attachment mounted to the yard tractor on Thursday -- even repaired the tire chains and put them on the machine.

Darn shame about a few inches of snow in Texas. . .

Sometime a fellow with accumulated knowledge will astound you!

And yes, a well equipped family would have the handle attachment.

I went the karma route this year . . .new snowblower which should change the weather patterns for years to come!

Now, if I could fix these single digit temps I would be happier.

Happiness on all - be safe, too!

Aha!  Now I know why it's snowing here.  You just moved the storms a couple hundred miles west.  Maybe I otta buy wonna them things and send 'em back to ya.  I'll give ya a big 10-4 on the single digits.  That's frikkin cold!  Right now it's a sweltering 17F and it's gonna get colder overnight.  I think I'll hibernate for a while.

We had some friends living with us for about six months a few years back.  John, who was originally from Atlanta, and had only seen snow on the tops of mountains on his trips out west, was out in the garage.  He pointed at my Toro, and asked, "Is that a wood chipper?"

A few months later, I introduced him to the fun and folly of operating it.

We have a family that is well equipped with kids, teenagers actually.  It's odd.  Rose or I mention the word snow shovel and they disappear.
