I think a new set of rings and it will be ok.
The first five pics are looking down the bore of the cylinders after I pulled off the heads. The pistons are not there. Here are the pics.

a picture of the motor and a picture of the biggest parts of whats left of the pistons and they were stuffed down the sides of the flywheels.
Willie says he can fix it. He doesn't think the cases got hurt.

It will be running in May and setting records.

"What's wrong?"

"Front jug is missing."

"Bad plug?"

"Dunno.  When I find it, I'll look at the plug ..."

Willie, looks like you had a half an inch of salt on the piston and waited too long to clean up.

or

go down 2 jet sizes on the N20 and up one on gas.... keep the same gas pressure but keep your bottle out of the sun....
report back on how that worked for ya

Better hone those jugs before you put in the new rings. A large pry bar and a vise should look after the rods.  :-D

Willie, you didn't get a virgin.

Those look like most of the parts from Hogs at B'ville.

You should check with the late Leo Payne, Cook Neilsen and Warner Reilly from 1969. Leo and Cook had parts just like

those way back then.

To be original, you will have to figure out a new act. Hogs must be cannibalistic.

They seem to eat themselves.

Willie,

From looking at the dates on the pictures you had all of this year to fix it, what happened this year?

I'd say that was Donald Ducked!! Think you might need a 5lb Irish screwdriver and a bit of body filler to go with the new rings.  :-D

Cheers

With all the recent banter about dimples on golf balls, looks like you've unintentionally dimpled the combustion chamber.
Maybe just do a valve job and bolt it back on as is. Ya never know. Might be worth a mph.

I'm no expert, but aren't those "thingies" that hold the pistons to that rotating piece in the middle of the engine supposed to be straight?  :-o

What did that sound like when she let go?
I almost never wake up cranky, I usually just let her sleep in.
