Will this body work in MR?
« on: November 10, 2009, 10:11:20 AM »
I am not buying the whole kit, I just want to show what the body shape is.  I would love to run this.  Has anyone seen one of these in MR or know if it would be legal.  I can't say 100% if it has been modified aft of the cowl.  That is why I am asking.

On a side note, my partner and myself are gathering quite a collection of parts.  We will really get going in the spring time when our other projects are wrapped up.  Then we can blast the frame and get the ball rolling.

Have you asked Speedway? You might call and see if you can get John MacKittchen (sp) on the line. He runs a 'liner at Bonneville and would understand your question. Otherwise Poliform or Jack Costella should be able to supply a legal from the cowl back body.
