Jack Costella ?

Hi there,
I was just speaking with Motel 6 in Wendover and they asked if I knew a phone number for Jack Costella. Could someone pass along this messgae to him please to call Manuel at 435-665-2267.
They say the number they have has been changed or disconnected.
