Curses! I'm not allowed to view the pictures that get posted on the forum. DOD has something against going fast at anything. I will look at them when I get home. ( Yes I do actually work @ work, but I have to take breaks sometime.)
I wish I could have seen Betsy run in person... I bet it was enough to tickle your brain. I have a feeling Marlo's streamliner is going to really wet some pants when it runs!

Just remembering the Teague or Burkland car going by while I was between the 4 and 5 gives me goose bumps.

I timed them both many times and it was always awesome to see, smell and announce their times. But everyone one that runs are awesome in their own way. Remember all Champions were once rookies.

Easy does it Stan  the key word you used was "donate". These cars were all out of one man's collection in Winnimucca, Nv. He BOUGHT them. The Petersen meseum was the host for the auction. No harm no foul, just sorrow....

I was lucky enough to get by the " Shop " in Winnemucca a few weeks before the auction, they were prepping some of the last cars for shipment to L.A. . Even the supposedly less desireable cars that were left were absolutely stunning.

Very sad to see this (the shop) come to an end.

Back a bunch of posts Dynoroom was unhappy about not being able to post photos directly like we used to be able to do.  What changed?  I dunno -- I can still post directly and thought you all could, too.  Maybe the number and size has changed -- I don't remember all the details of then versus now -- but you can still post  some photos directly.

Dang! Your right!! Well this makes me feel better, glad it's works this way, it makes it alot easier to help someone see a problem or answer a question when I don't have to put every picture I have on photobucket or some such site.

Thanks Slim!

Is the Econoline behind the Fronty the one that Von Dutch put his hand to for Brucker? If so anyone know how much it went for?
