Crossing the plane of the flywheel.
« on: September 24, 2009, 11:22:20 PM »
I have four 1.25" dia. icewater lines (clear plastic hose) that go under my flywheel. Flywheel is just a flexplate (sfi approved) and we are not using a torque converter. Do I still need some sort of steel to protect those line. It is just ice water and not antifreeze or anything? Would a stock style converter cover be enough?

Define your flywheel as a starter ring gear. Then it makes sense. Good Luck...
