One of the pleasant side stories at WoS was the Austin Healey group. Getting photos of the cars was difficult because of the crowd constantly around the cars. The Healey folks turned out to watch the cars run in BIG numbers. They came from around the world and as a group had a great time at Miller Motorsports Park, at the Rainbow Casino/Hotel parking lot and on the salt.
At the Question and Answer session on Wednesday night they auctioned off some nice photos, clothing (Bruno had to bid big $$$ to have a jacket to wear back to Switzerland) and a nice large, framed picture. The proceeds from a big portion of the auction went to USFRA for the club car project. Some selected items were specifically identified as being for a children's charity. Thank you Healey enthusiasts for the substantial contribution to the USFRA club car fund.
