We also ask that if you have any that you would like to share, you can send them through the contact page. Hope you all enjoy them as much as we have. Thanks Willie and Sheri Buchta.

Nancy -- 201.913 mph record on a production ZX15!

Fair question, Kent.  The real answer is that I flubbed it -- didn't take enough photos.  I do have a bartch waiting to go up - and since Nancy and I will be home late tonight I'll get the new stuff posted within a day or so.  I also have talked with Bob Clancy (our web elf) and he's trying to figure out how to put photos into the albums like Jon Amo used to do.  Once we do that we'll have the usual batches posted.

But on a similar note -- I'm in conversations with Ray Buck to have him work for the website to take photos for posting here.  I can take pictures -- but I don't enjoy spending as much of my (limited) concentration on photography while trying to also race the bike.  Yes, I admit it - I don't understand how Jonathon did all the stuff he used to do while owning the site.  But I also know that you folks (that is, everyone that looks at landracing.com) wants more pictures -- and that's why I'm asking Ray to work with us.  I know -- and I think you people do, topo, that his work is pretty danged good.  I'll see what stuff he's got that he'll share about SpeedWeek, and for sure we'll be on the ball at future events.

In the meantime - here's the photo you're looking for.

On 9-27-08 we lost a great friend and fellow racer, he was the BEST, he helped anyone with anything at anytime.  His name is Dave Owen and he will be missed by all that knew him and I am glad to have met him.

Seeing him at Bonneville during 2008 Speedweek was the tops, Dave was in awe of the salt and as usual was there helping out anyone who asked..simply put we lost a great man who will be missed by all.

Though not of the extreme high quality of PorkPie, the crew from MyRideisMe took quite a few pictures. I haven't even been able to sort and load them all yet.

Here's the links:

I think Rick Vesco will be surprised that Don Vessco fathered his daughter.  Didn't read the rest.  I imagine the accuracy factor is throughout.

Those guys came up to my bike and said "mind if we ask you a few questions about your bike?" and I said "sure as long as you don't mind me being in my underwear - I have to get my leathers on to race".

Wonder why I didn't make their article?
