I have a feeling that you are not yet on medicare either.  If I slept in the front seat of my car for four nights, they would have to use a Hurst Jaws of Life to get my arms and legs straightened back out.  :-D

I wrote on page 2 of this topic I'd propose those first days of August dates, July 30 as Friday Tech, race July 31 and August 1, Monday August 2 as rain day or because attendance warrants it.
I wrote to the Maine Inland Wildlife guy outlining this exact date query, have yet to receive a response.
Another regular reminder here, regarding dealing with authorities and volunteers.
We've had an excellent relationship with the wildlife people, are in no rush, and am pretty confidant in getting those proposed dates confirmed.
Volunteers work for free, have no expectation of any form compensation, and in return we will accept the most minimal presence or work input from them. A minute or 24/7, we love 'em all.
This is my way of explaining out any probems  anybody out there has with records being posted, apparel being ordered, like that.
We are currently sorting out and reconfiguring and hopefully consolidating our operation to simplify and make the LTA efficient as possible for the future.
As you might have noticed, LTA SWAG is orderable through the mailing address at  the track in Limestone, ME.
We've learned a lot from our first event and observing the senior Timing Orgs, cut us some (more) slack, OK ?

Dear Kid,
Just bring yourself, hopefully the warm California sun will follow you up to Limestone.
The important stuff is done, everything else we can procrastinate on we obviously will .
We are working on 200 Club stuff, updating the website, outlining a rulebook/record book (our own), all the necessities and a few ideas to improve above and beyond, or at least, different from other TAs.
