MK,,   yes I understand that.

Once the Stude is finished it will be my Primary Land Speed Racer,,,the Vicky will be  semi retired from LSR.... Plus have no intentions of it going beyond the 175mph tech limit. (Will use for Vintage Drags etc.. will come out of retirement when her records are broken,, yes I said "when" not "if") I know we just borrow the records..


I am however adding a full door net, 6 1/2 lb Fire Fox System. A Petty Bar added to cage and more cage bracing and new V rated tires.

Sometimes I just get so darn excited about the safety stuff that I forget that we should prob pay for that usage of space.

More pics of the head and shoulder restraint, new door net, firefox system, diagonal "Petty Bar".

Need to paint the new cage bar and finish plumbing the Fire Fox System.. Have to call Joe Timney ,, the darn Fire Fox did not come with any instructions...

Charles,

Petty bar goes from above the drivers head to the A pillow on the passenger side.
That must the Charles bar you are using.  :-D
Man that sure looks good i like that window/door net.

Robbie,

The new bar is welded to the Main Roll Bar Hoop above and slightly right of my head above my right shoulder and runs down diagonal to the  "A" Pillar bar at the passenger floor area.

Maybe the photo is not showing it well enough,, I think the way I have it would be like the "Petty Bar"  but if it is not a Petty Bar then we can call it  Charley  Bar....  LOL

Good eye my friend,,,, My belts in the Vicky are Simpson, but the shoulder belt pads are "CROW"
