Wrist restraints

Anyone know if wrist restraints are an allowable substitue for window nets?

Not official, but: They are in the 175 mph and under classes at ECTA.  I don't have the rule book in front of me, but IIRC they are listed as an "either/or".

"As I recall"...  Below 150 you "should have something, from 150 to 174.999  Arm Restraints or a Full Door/Window Net,,, 175 and over "both" are required. You need to look in the 09 rule book,, I am not home yet, and my rule book is in my shop.
