Yup.  We're here in Pomona.  And there's a new post on the Target 550 site.

Thanks Ray. How about some pictures if you get a chance of the setup Today.

Much appreciated.

Since I'm gonna have to do without my laptop during show hours (to run the PowerPoint showing the build history) I'm hurrying to get caught up on the photos I've shot over the past 10 days or so.

Having said that, here's the 2nd part of the re-wrapping process.  In this one, the guys from Canby Signs and Graphics (they're GOOD at what they do!) apply the metallic silver graphics over the metallic black wrap.

I'm real tired so I'm gonna let it go at that, but I hope ya enjoy seeing these guys do their thing.

Marlo, Les, Jim, Korey, Dickey, Oz, Ray and I want to THANK

all of you people that stopped by for a handshake and comments

about the car. We were knocked out by the knowledge you had

acquired from the build site.

If any of you want to build one of these cars, build the pieces

just like the fotos and you should be a lot faster in finishing it

than we were.

Thanks for your support, your compliments and your warm

handshakes. Dean, I was overjoyed to meet you. Woody I

was knocked out to see you standing there. Painton, you are

an excellent tour guide and you have an impressive group of

friends. Ed Iskenderian....You are always welcome. Next time

we will have a chair for you. Desotoman.. went home too soon.

Stan Back I'll see you at the Bonneville NW Reunion.

Flat Cad......I hope both of us survive the Freezer Bowl.

For the entire Target 550 crew,

Thanks Folks.

Whoo, boy.  It took me a minute to figure out who that young man was/is between Marlo and Freud.  Then I realised that it was Gus.  I've never seen him in anything but salt flats clothes.  Don and Gus have been hanging out and visiting us in our pit for a bunch of years - maybe 8, maybe more?  So to see a photo of him all spruced up and looking like the young gentleman that he is --= takes a while.

Congratulations, Gus/Joel, on getting away with being around the two others in the photo -- and not getting corrupted . . .

. . . much.
