superleggera.......that is not the advice that my wife was looking for.

The honey-do list is now  12 pages in a Word document.

I made certain that her PC documents can not be opened with my Mac.

I thought my new noise canceling head fones would help solve the shouting problem

but it just allowed her to approach from behind and tomahawk my skull w/o me

knowing she was attacking. I wondered why the cat jumped down from my lap.

Having the negs scanned by an outside source is an alternative.

I think I am going to travel to the foto sites on a motorcycle to save on fuel

but she doesn't approve of the word motorcycle any more than she does build diary.

I don't know that I will survive the 14 months to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary.

The Facebook picture of me wearing a Bell helmet when I work with the computer has had

many strange comments and that's after I internally adapted the new head fones.

The advice I have had from people that I considered friends may have shorten my life.

I am contemplating bribery. Another extended Hawaiian vacation for her

seems to be an alternative.

Desperate but still driven, by my grand son,

I'll put up the first $100 for your scanning expenses.  I'm sure a few others would like your wife and yourself to have a nice vacation in Hawaii once you finish your Target550 "diary project" completely from start to end in terms of documentation.

I just think of it as spending $25 for book that I've worn through four copies already of...

Doc.

Reminds me of a quote from a friend, he had a slow southern draw when he said, Bill "It's a hard life but it's a good life."

Thanks Freud for helping our knowledge of the Target 550 grow along with your Honey to do list.

The engine came from a 2006 ZL 6. It's the 505 HP LS 7 engine. Even has a dry sump system.

The front suspension is Multi Matic.

I had to ask and you already knew.  GOOD JOB.

Les Davenport is wiring the new Race Pack.

The weather forecast for Thur and Friday includes  drizzle.

The Woodburn Drag Strip is not available every day.

It looks like the first of next week ( maybe after June 24 ) will probably be the

next test session. At least it has run using one engine and with the change gears

turned upside down it pulled off of the line without any harm to the clutch.

When I can see the changes that have been made and fotos to demonstrate the

changes I'll do a new post on Target 550.

No one is any more anxious that am I to pass along more information.

Thanks for the interest.

It's been a long time between posts but this is what you have been waiting for.

The car has been on the Woodburn, Oregon drag strip twice. These are from the

second time. Ray the Rat has inherited the assignment of video editor and we

have video footage from Jake Hendrickson of the run. It will be posted when Ray

gets done with the editing.....may be up to several weeks.

Study the fotos that Jason Hoskings sent me. it is for real.

It's alive, IT'S ALIVE!!
Well, it used to be Los Angeles . . . 50 miles north of Fresno now.
Just remember . . . It isn't life or death.
It's bigger than life or death! It's RACING.
