No chance of bling for Rufus.  He's a veteran who's proud of his battle scars.

Bling is for guys who don't understand hotrodding.

Fred, bling is what hangs around the neck of an overpaid NBA player and copied by any college player that has a sugar

daddy that fronts for him.

Another thing: Rufus will never have diamond posts in his ears.

Sounds like when, back in the '70s, I went thru what I now call my "Mr. T" phase. Gold chains and a several gold rings. :-D I guess that's bling.

It's that time again. We have a new update on the Treit and Davenport streamliner build diary.

This update shows the fire bottle release cables, throttle and fuel shutoff cables and bellcranks (a piece of artwork) and the pneumatic magneto kill switches, named Orville and Wilbur (ya gotta see 'em to understand.)

Doc Freud has once again provided us with wonderful photos and captions showing the awesome craftsmanship that Hume and Jason put together. I just do the web work.

http://www.target550.com/gallery/27_cockpit_cables_and_mag_switches/index.html

For me, 4 out of the next 6 weekends are scheduled for indoor car shows (except for the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly weekend which is an outdoor show...with Chuck Berry performing) and I'll be doing photo coverage on all of 'em.

Today I shot the final test firing of the Solid Rocket Booster for the Space Shuttle. Talk about impressive! I've finished the photo editing and I'll be putting the photos on one of my websites: http://www.raytherat.com/Welcome.html

It's been a busy day for this Web Elf.
