USFRA Salt condition reports
« on: July 04, 2009, 12:56:39 PM »
Go to: www.saltflats.com Salt Report with Photos for the latest word on the salt.

There are photos taken on Wednesday, July 1, by one of our officials who knows the salt well, from the end of the access road.  You can judge for yourself what the salt conditions are.  Our Northern Utah forecasts are for high temperatures in the next two weeks.  If the monsoon weather pattern changes we should have great salt for racing.

Anyone know if any "improvements" are made to the approach (off the pavement)?

Don' know if my hot rod will make it off the pavement . . . . .which would be a major "bummer" !

thanks!

The salt has been delivered to build up the ramp, this will be done before speed week.
