I think I better wait for the Reader's Digest version.

I'm running low on coal to stoke the fires in this old machine, any way.

Let me know, after 18 Billion Pounded Dollars, if they run as good as Bob Jackson's Flashpoint.

Any pre-teens in your neighborhood whose mother would trust you to be around them?

Back to NAE ...

I don't see anything about recent runs.  There is mention of "our upcoming test session" and "the crew prepares the car for record runs next month" (presumably September since article is dated August).

Which record are they targeting this year?

Very sad... I enjoyed her commentary and admired her dedication to her sport.  Rest in peace Jessie Combs... God bless her memory.

I'm so sad to hear this.  Rest in Peace, Jessi, and Ed, too.  I guess the dream has come to an end.

As a Rapid City local, Jessi's hometown as well as mine I can say it has hit hard here locally. She was a great person and has many ties to this area still with friends and family. Such a great loss, RIP Jessi
