Any Texans?
« on: May 11, 2009, 10:50:08 PM »
Is anybody from Texas going to El Mirage this weekend? I need some ERC gas and hate to pay 100 bucks freight.  Fred

heh heh...  and I thought you just put in a special air filter  :-D

Fred I think you can buy ERC there at Calloway's house (on the lakebed).  I can check for you but somebody else will likely chime in.

Are you going to make it to this event??  It'll be good to get a photo with the Texas Busas.

I wish I could but not in the budget. If I have any money left after two trips to Bonneville and one more Texas mile I might try and make the Nov El Mirage meet. I was looking for some one frome here to bring me some gas so I dont have to pay 100 bucks freight :-D

Shoot, if you make the drive to the lakebed from Texas, I'll buy you a few gallons of ERC!

Definitely don't ship it.  You'll only get a couple runs in anyway.

10 mph out of the motor is great at any speed, congrats.

I'm going, but I'm flying. The bike is staying at Scott's in Cali- he's working on it after me tearing it up every chance I get! Think they'll let me carry race gas on the plane? Ha Ha... :-D
I'll let ya know if I end up having any way to help.
