Hope my Trailer's 6' Trex Plank Caused No Grief
« on: April 06, 2009, 11:46:54 PM »
In a 'not so bright' moment during my departure I left my plank laying on the trailer braces instead of placing it in its pocket.  Lets just say it wasn't laying there when I got home!      Hope it didn't cause anyone grief/harm as it probably slid off on the exit path.  My bad!  See you all next month.

Well, hope you find it!! It was great talking with you in the lanes. Sounds like this bike is going to have you hooked!!

No major loss as I only ever use one of the two I carry but I need to pin it when using it to stop it from sliding and/or falling off!  Hooked is pretty accurate.  I am working right now on locating a shop/tuner to work with.  Just sent a note off to one that I know has worked on these bikes in the past.

ARRRGH, Maytee.  I didn't see no plank (nor walk one) as we left.  Either someone scored a free plank or it slid out of sight somewhere.

Luckily I only need oneof the two.  I am probably going to do something different for the floor anyway sooner vs later.  I like the trex as water isn't an issue but the boards still got a little slippery.  Probably a 'liner coated' metal plate that can be moved to either side is my next attempt.
