Motorcycle Class Question
« on: April 26, 2009, 10:38:08 AM »
I was looking at the Maxton motorcycle records for 650cc.  In P/P (Production) there is three records listed, 650/2, 650/4, and 650/R.

*What is 650/R?

*Which one of those classes would a single cylinder run in, or would it be in 650/1?

The suffix designates "two stroke" or "four stroke" or "rotary".  Either of the first two could be single cylinder.

Ok, that makes sense.  I was thinking that 'R' could mean Rotary.

Jon, I replied to you email.  Did you get that one?

Yep, I did -- and I see you're off-line so you won't see this.  I'll be out of the house for a little while this morning -- but'll get back to your mail later on.  I think you oughta take it, by the way.
