Not a joke, But...….There is a baseball field in Kalamazoo Michigan that was named after the founder of a leading manufacturer of medical devices that is based in K`Zoo…… Homer Stryker.    A baseball field named  " Homer....Stryker"   Can`t make that sh*t up :cheers:

A math teacher of my daughter's was Richard Balding.  I imagine he had some issues during last name first, common name last roll calls, too. :roll:

In Germany, the 1st Missile Battalion, 38th Artillery had a Major Sergeant.

At Fort Sill, OK there was a 1st Lieutenant named Midnight, he dreaded getting promoted.

Was he in Texas?  You that old?  I only ask because there is a grocery chain in Texas... the HEB... been there forever... Harry E Butts was the founder in the 20s I think....

Back when the Demon Alcohol ruled my life, I would always say to myself that I should not drink so much....But I figured it was a bad idea to take advise from a drunk that talks to himself..... :cheers:
