Does anybody else remember Zippy?  He's the guy in the clown suit who ran for president a while back.  His campaign speech was limited to "Am I elected yet?"

Aircap, I don't know who deleted you.  I certainly did not do so.  Political bias isn't necessarily a good thing to display -- but sometimes there's humor in it.  But infringe on one's allowance to speak up in defense of his view?  Not me, that's a given.

How about the "Yellow Kid" (the very first comic strip) if you want to REALLY get politically incorrect?  I personally liked the original "Prince Valiant" for the beautiful art work and the Katzenjammer Kids (sort of like two early Bart Simpsons).  Then again, I like Frank Franzetta for his Conan, etc art work.  You kids have probably never heard of any of them, so you'll have to do research.  Back onto a real subject... I finally got a Mikuni VM28 round slide carb for my Hummer.  Now I need a mounting flange, some welding and some porting on my irreplaceable standard bore Puckett cylinder and Webco head.  Maybe it will start after I get a throttle cable and clean out the gas tank.  It can't be any worse than my Linkert Servicar carb.
