Chris Caramasienes (SP)

I saw in yesterdays paper, NHRA qualifying at the Gator Nationals, Chris ( I am not going to try and spell his last name) did not qualify. Does anyone know what his age is now????

IIRC the Golden Greek's "Chizler" made the first 200 mph pass in 1960 using hydrazine.

I know he was 75 3 0r 4 years ago when his trying to qualify for the NHRA event @ LVMS :cheers:!

I see nobody bothered to hit GREEK spell check when they typed Karamesines name!

He admitted to over 80 in an interview.

I bet he didn't try to qualify the rail pictured -- too pretty -- not a spec car.
