I got my first rulebook a week or two ago -- because we advertise in it.  I got another one earlier this week -- I don't know just why, because it was in an envelope with a return address I didn't recognize and had no note or anything with it.  Still no tube, still no poster, still no "regular" ration of rulebooks.  But I've got two, so it's okay.

SSS, you get one as a BNI member, and one as a Gear Grinder member. They usually give the inspectors an additional copy at speed week. Sometimes you can find one someone lost.FYI I got my tube one day and two days later the rule book in a plastic wrap.
