Commuta, you were right until sometime in the past week. That's when Bob "fixed" the issue, at my request. If you're still seeing those lines in the wrong places -- please empty the cache in your computer (use "Internet Cleanup Tools" or whatever your program titles it) and then click to refresh the page -- and the borders will be gone.
