Did anyone see "Super Cars Exposed"
« on: February 06, 2009, 11:01:21 AM »
I was flipping through the channels the other day and came across a show called "super cars exposed" on Speed.

They showed a bunch of cars from the Texas Mile runs and the host of the show talked some guy into letting him run his blown GT40 for a 200 mph pass.

They had a rather impressive number of racers on the show.

Check it out if you can. It was worth the time.

It was a good show. I think the GT40 ran a top speed of 212, that team had 3 GT40s. The # of entries is limited to 160 or 180 and I think both races last year were sold out.

JH;

Were they the actual old GT40s or were they the newer Ford GTs?
