Hi Joe,
Nothing's final until it's in print of course (and even then it's questionable at times huh? ), but you can feel pretty confident that all of SCTA's approved changes, "with the exception of paragraph 7.G.10 in it's entirety", will make print in the 2009 ECTA rulebook as far as the motorcycle rules go.

7.G.10 = open bike front fender is going to be omitted from ECTA ... the only thing missing from this paragraph is how thick the fender can be and that will be next years amendment.

Not sure what you're asking (originally) or stating (above) Joe?

No part of SCTA's 2009 7.G.10 rule change is planned to be in the ECTA 2009 rulebook.
All other changes will be adopted as printed (as far as I know).

Todd,
I was stating and understood ... I am glad that one is omitted ... it seems a bit too much regulation for a front fender.

Less than a month to first E.C.T.A meet. Anyone seen a 2009 rule book?
