Stainless, u gotta give me a few days. I had a cataract surgery scheduled for Wednesday and came down with such a cold I had to cancel.

It's easier to reschedule the procedure than it is to shake this deep seated cold.

This was not a LSR car but it had a signficant history. It was built by recently passed Dick Kraft.

It was on display at the March Meet.

One last try to post a picture of Jack Connolly in his street roadster pushing Al Hollaway in his roadster which is now mine. This came from the thread "Lakes Roadsters" on thr H.A.M.B. If I had a picture of it from '58 when Rudy Mortensen set the B/FR record with it I would have the set.

#1 and 4 are big D's
#2 is a know brainer.... maybe 68-69
#3 is the Bob Braverman liner I think '72-73
#4 looks like a Suzuki or Bridgestone 2 stroke motor...
i will have to check my pix and notes at the shop next week....

I really enjoy these early pictures, especially the small streamliner, both car and motorcycle.  Didn't know the Fiat 124 Coupe were sold here in the USA.

Many thanks Freud - Stainless, and all who contributed to this thread. The pictures are some great history along with the facts that you all have put out there about the different vehicles. You had me completley captivated the last hour or so, I kind of lost track of time on this thread, just way too cool. I am sure there will be more to come - and am looking forward to it. The Braverman liner was one of the best looking liners ever build........I had the pleasure in helping Bob in the early 1970's...........Bob Braverman also ran his roadracing sidecar on the salt with his wife as passenger......the chassis was build by "mr Sidecar" Doug Bingham and used a Kawa.
750c.c 2-stroke triple, if I recall it ran 125+mph....
a very good speed for a sidecar w/passenger at the time............................................................................
