No...  If so, then it would have been A/BCC.  Even I know that!

Recently I got a batch of photos from a Brit guy that goes to the Swedish SpeedWeekend on Ice.  They're up in the Gallery per this note from Bob (who puts large files there 'cause his service is much faster than mine):

Got the Woody scans up, under Special Galleries, Old photos.....

Speedweekend on Ice is up, 3 years' worth, also under Special Galleries, 1088 files!

As you can see, there are some photos now there from Woody, too.  Enjoy them, you hear me?

PS You know, now that I see it -- I realise that I should have posted this in the Swedish part of the site.  Well, tough -- it's here for now.  I'll put it there, too.

   Jon,
Thanks for doing that, Woody will be glad to see them on there. Now I've got to get the 8mm movies that he has on VHS tape converted to DVD's. Hope everybody realizes that all of these old things need to be archived before everybody is too old to remember who is in the pictures.
  Thanks again, Jon

These aren't Bonneville, but these are a couple of my own old shots that I scanned yesterday. Belgrade Montana 1960.

Hope the guy in charge of this establishment doesn't mind the non-Bonneville shots. Here's Gene Burkland at Belgrade Montana 1958.

That appears to be Pontiac power in the Stan Hester rail job in Montana. Anybody know anything about it?

Pontiacs were big in that area at that time. Stan is the short guy in the white shirt. The guy with his back to the camera is Leo Robbins a big Pontiac racer at that time. He knew all of the Pontiac engineering people in Pontiac and went back every year and got a factory driveout of a new car. Usually on the day of the new car showing at the local dealership. The white car on the right in the picture is Leo's. I have heard that Hester's rail is being restored in Great Falls, Mt. but I don't know by whom. There are many Pontiac stories from that area at that time.

Here's a twin small block car at Spokane in 1960. [Tell me when to quit].

Here's the same Spokane race about 59 or 60. A Chrysler powered Potvin blown rail.
