I have just come upon a website selling "art prints" of Fords www.fordimages.com (redirects to the "art" site).  The site is aggravatingly user-unfriendly, and whoever put it together has little automotive knowledge.

Anyway, in the "Hot Rod" section are a number of nice LSR photos.  The photos are "protected" so that you'll have to open each link individually.

No need to shout...

Moorea, since I had 2 cars with #34 in there on page 20, I am guessing that caused confusion...  the top one, maybe a crosley with an opal front looks like it has Benham on the front, the Giha, no indicators... Which car are you talking about.  Tell us more if you can and post some pictures.

I know one thing........ In the middle picture these are return runs from the days of making two way record return passes in 1 hour. For a total of three (3) runs to get your record.
Ahhh, those were the days.........

Spring still isn't here so I am looking at some of my old 8mm movies of Bonneville in 63, and Mike Stewarts (Family Affair-son of Jack Stewart) silent 8mm movies of half mile drags at Riverside Raceway and El Mirage in 65 & 67. Making a copy for Dick Zook who with the help of the contacts here on Land Racing.com I have relocated after 48 years.

The Wheelers crew in 63 left to right:
Gary Taranov(Canada),Dick Zook, Dave Ratliff,Joe Lippi,Jack Stewart, Jim Seabridge(missing-DeWitt Garcia). Still haven't located Jim Seabridge and DeWitt Garcia. If anyone knows there whereabouts, please PM me-thanx!)

Thanx Seldom and Land Racing. The world is smaller and more fun because of your efforts.............and the S.C.T.A. Wheelers will live on forever!
