Years back when someone would remark that their car ran 12's I would ask, " What track did you turn that time at?" .... Invariably, they were never at a track it was always an "Estimated Elapsed Time" ... It was based on things like, I beat this guy that SAID he ran 13's so I must run 12's ... I guess that there is estimated land speed as well ... Joe

When we were running " Bonnyvill Elemetrary Skol"  we just could hardly belive:
1. The Speedo error
2. The Tach error
3. The rev limiter LIE
4. The unbeliveable difference between a stock engine that was originally shipped to NY---(it had CA emmisions) and the one we used 
    the second year from CO.
