Yes indeed !  A big thanks to all the ECTA volunteers for your time and effort to make another event happen. It was great to see that even the rain couldn't dampen peoples spirit to hang in there, wait till things dry up, and get out there and go fast.
Its also great to see that the cages & bikes get along so well at the ECTA events, how cool is that.
Had a great time. Looking forward to next year.

Todd, sounded like a touch of high RPM, high load miss in 5th.  Take a look at your coilovers, under the rubber, is there a metal ring?  If so, you might want to put a little dielectric grease between the rubber and metal.  Scooter sounds really strong, 195 open, wow.  Great video, loved it.
What are you bringing to the salt next year...   :-o

Yeah we had a little somethin somethin going on at the 5-6 on the last two runs. First suspicion is an incomplete shift but beyond that we didn't do a trouble shoot. Todd felt he was responsible for the double shift on run 2 so we didn't look into it but it was more predominant on that last run without him doing it! We'll have to take a look see but no hurry as we've officially retired the bee from competition. He will now return to 200mph street bike and likely used as a test bed for some new stuff we're needing to learn. He'll still be around to make a fun pass or two but we're not pushing him anymore. We're on to bigger and better things for next year which likely won't have either of us fielding our own bikes. Ahh the fun & mystery of it all! We'll give a check to your suggestion & thanks for it!

Thanks Stainless, Deb or I will check out and seal out the possibility of coil tracking (etc.) for sure. I found in that log one trace showing an incomplete 5/6 shift (which over shot of course before locking in), and then a little bump in 6th that gave the slightest amount of wheel spin just afterwrds (from bad track position in comparrison to normal that I do remember).

Here's a forward view of the last run (you can hear Kevin Bird's Hayabusa run, then Doug Wood's Harley KR run, and then see Kelvin Crisp's '08 Busa run just before I went),
-sorry so long, no time to cut it down:

Let me put on my Volunteer Coordinator hat and say my "THANKS" to everyone who volunteered this year.  And a big thanks to Charles and all the rest who remembered the Vols and gave a shout-out.  This means more than you know.  Maybe more important, thanks to the racers thruout the year for being cooperative and remembering that we're all just trying to make these meets happen so we all can have fun.
