With sadden hearts the Sept. Maxton meet is near completion. On a positive note Trillium Muir regained her title of fastest female open-wheel rider with a stunning 239 blast down the concrete. Time for the gents to take notice, the ladies are really pickin it up. Way to go Trillium and Jody. 240+ in Oct.?

It is awesome to have some postive news come from the event.

This is shaping up to be an exciting close to the 2008 LSR season.

On 9-27-08 we lost a great friend and fellow racer, he was the BEST, he helped anyone with anything at anytime.  His name is Dave Owen and he will be missed by all that knew him and I am glad to have met him.

Seeing him at Bonneville during 2008 Speedweek was the tops, Dave was in awe of the salt and as usual was there helping out anyone who asked..simply put we lost a great man who will be missed by all.

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the recognition. Jody was the best pit crew I could ask for. I really took my time getting comfortable with
the bike, last time I rode it was last Sept. I would like to say a huge thank you to RCC, Richard tuned our bike early this year and it ran perfect. Bill and Jerry thanks for keeping me on track and positive.

While you where  at the the finish line .You missed the excitement at the starting line . When the announcement came over the radio of your speed . It was the loudest cheer I have heard all year. Every one was hollering and clapping for you. congratulations.  cheers
