Ray the Rat's birthday
« on: September 23, 2008, 01:35:12 PM »
Sorry Ray,

was so tired last night that I forgot to write my best wishes to you for your birthday.

Great that you could celebrate this day also on the salt.

So...a little bit late...but at last...HAPPY BIRTHDAY RAY......

All the best and that your health allowed you to come back to the salt for much more years.

See you at the World Final

Thanks to all the kind folks who sent B-day wishes.  I can't think of a better way to spend one.

Sparky, I guess we both might be able to say, "I knew him back when..."  :)  It's been a fun journey.  Let's keep it goin.

Ray....isn't it a great feeling to have a b'day on the salt?

I've had more than 20 of those happenings. We just don't know what day it is

and the worst day ever on the Salt is better than the best day away from there.

HAPPY B'Day RAY.

AHmen  Brother Preach ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I get a "Hallelujah?!"   Amen!

As I've mentioned in a couple of other posts, I'm sure that Utah has a law against old men havin this much fun!!!

This meet is quite a bit different than others I've been to.  Other than a few Grands Prix and a World Superbike race, this is the first FIA/FIM event I've attended.  I'm learning a whole lot.  Like Yogi Berra said, "You can observe a lot just by watching."  I've been trying to do that, from behind the camera and while I'm just walkin around.  It's been very educational...and In a very good way.  It's a good day when I learn something.  And I've had some VERY good ones out here this year.

To PorkPie:  Thanks for noticing the birthday and starting the thread.  I usually don't give my birthday much thought, but it's very nice to have friends who notice.

Back to the photo lab (Paint Shop Pro...poor man's PhotoShop. <G>)
