Int'l Space Station sightings during Speed Week
« on: August 06, 2004, 07:43:00 PM »
Those going to Speed Week, if you find yourself out and about in the early mornings of Thursday the 19th or Friday the 20th, and the sky is clear,  the International Space Station will be visible as it crosses overhead.  On both days it will be visible for about three minutes, Thurs starting approx 5:29, and Fri starting approx 5:56.  Hopefully, these times are calculated correctly for MDT.

Howdy LSR's
We got back from Akron OH on Mon. I started DC-10
"skool" on Tues and lo and behold, finally got in touch with Mike Mangelli of H/DS "Stinkliner" fame.
I am deep in the thro's of DC-10 skool here @FedEx so it is not likely that we will get to go to Speed Week this year, but for all of you looking at the ISS in Wendover, we are watching in Northern MS to.
 Maybe next year
