Wow What a Clusterf#*!.

If I understand Marcello and company were involved in previous versions of the Boliva salt flats racing and had done a satisfactory job, this year they went rouge. This whole operation sounds bigger than the two of them, more like they joining forces,  either voluntarily or involuntarily with some seriously organized criminals. The width and depth of the different scams and where and when they could apply leverage to extort you and other racers hiding the true costs until you have no choice but to pay them off over and over are hallmarks of a serious crime. They did not miss any opportunity. It also seems unlikely that they would invest all the previous work fattening you up as marks until this year to make it all pay-off.

I'm sorry it happened this way, and it doesn't really matter who the players were. Your experience sucked and your dollars are gone. I hope things go better next year.
