I ran a nostalgia A/GS Willys coupe from 1989 through 2001. I saw Doug at the Goodguys Indy in 1990 and I got to meet him on the salt in 1997, he was my hero.

I checked the poll this morning and noticed that it has been replaced with another one. I looked at 'previous polls' and saw that the one we are interested in is not listed. Does anyone know the results? It appeared that SWC was a good 400+ votes to the good at my last viewing.

Dan, it was over 500 yesterday. Don't know why it was removed except NHRA said it was the final week for that poll.

Mikey,

I put the request up on the HAMB, Jalopy Journal, message board. I think we got a lot of help from those guys too.

Go to www.nhra.com. Read about it in the left column under favorite hot rod.

ummm, that came across way blonde and not how I intended!  I know what they won, as in the contest. (I voted!) I was just wondering if there was a prize beyond the way cool write up, stroll down memory lane & fine pictures that have been shared!
